About the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors was established in order to provide accountability for all aspects of the John Ed Mathison Leadership Ministries. Part of this will include helping to discern which invitations to accept in order to best utilize time and energy. It will include financial accountability, setting of a budget and approving all financial expenditures. The Board will also serve as a sounding board for ideas and be encouraged to make suggestions for specific areas of ministry.

The Board of Directors will be an "active" board as regular meetings are scheduled. Involvement of the Board in specific events will be encouraged.
